Jonathan Wood is the Chairman of the Celtic Media Group (non-Executive) and owns 13.7% of CMNL. Based in the United Kingdom, he is a specialist director with a background in management consultancy specialising in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and operations.


Originally trained as a metallurgist, Jonathan Wood previously worked as a management consultant with Deloitte and was introduced to CMNL by Lloyds bank during the 2012 takeover from Dunfermline when he was appointed Chairman. He also worked as a Managing Director in the packaging, print and point-of-sale industries. Since 2007 he has been working as a consultant advising companies across a variety of industries on transformation and growth.
